Terms & Conditions

Payment with order is required from all new customers.  After the first two orders, an account may be opened subject to a satisfactory credit check and a credit limit given.  Payment is due strictly 30 days from date of invoice for all account customers purchasing off the shelf items. Bespoke manufactured items will have payment terms individually quoted.

The price of the goods are due in full and you shall not be entitled to exercise any set-off to the price.

All quotations given are valid for no longer than 30 days and all prices quoted are subject to Value Added Tax.

All dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and West End Sourcing Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.  Time of delivery shall not be of the essence   of the contract unless stipulated in writing by West End Sourcing

Quoted prices are subject to amendment before or after acceptance to meet any rise in particular materials or components.

You must advise us in writing of any damage or shortage within 3 days of delivery.  If short delivery does take place you undertake not to reject the goods but accept goods delivered.

You are obliged to accept delivery of the goods when ready.  If redelivery is necessary because you do not accept delivery within
Normal working hours, the cost of redelivery will be charged to yourselves.

Please ensure that you fully understand what you are ordering.  Goods made correctly to specification against your order will not be accepted back (unless they are faulty), as we cannot resell them.

In the manufacture of goods to specification, the right is reserved to consider a variation not exceeding 10 per cent to the exact nominated quantity. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that all approvals have been granted and all specifications are correct before manufacture commences.  By having goods manufactured West End Sourcing will not be involved in any infringement of patent, registered design or trademark or other right and therefore will not incur any costs, claims and expenses which you may incur by any such infringements.
